- Usage data: pages visited, tools used, session duration, click behaviour.
- Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Article 6).
Art. 2How We Use Your Data
- Delivering AI design services and personalising your experience on the Platform.
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions and Credits balances.
- Communicating with you about your account, updates, and offers.
- Improving AI models using strictly anonymised and aggregated data only.
- Complying with Egyptian legal and regulatory requirements.
- Detecting fraudulent activity and protecting against misuse.
Art. 3Data Sharing
We may share your data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted operational partners (hosting, payment, analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Vendors & Architects: Data necessary to fulfil the orders or services you have requested.
- Legal requirements: When required by court order or request from a competent government authority.
Art. 4Your Rights
Under Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations.
- Restriction — Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Withdraw consent — Withdraw your consent to processing at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Art. 5Data Security
- All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Automated backups every 24 hours with 30-day retention.
- Geo-redundant storage across multiple geographic locations.
- Complete data isolation between individual user accounts.
- Regular security audits and penetration testing.
Art. 6Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential: Maintaining your session and securing your login.
- Performance: Understanding how the Platform is used so we can improve it.
- Personalisation: Remembering your preferences and settings.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
Art. 7Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account closure:
- Personal data is deleted within 90 days of a verified deletion request.
- Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Egyptian tax law.
- Anonymised data used in model improvement may be retained indefinitely.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Real Mart is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any site before submitting personal data.
Art. 9Policy Updates
We may update this Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notifications at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform following that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
