Art. 1Definitions

• "Platform" — The website at realmartai.com and any associated mobile applications operated by the Company.
• "Company" / "Real Mart" — Real Mart Technology LLC (ريل مارت تكنولوجي م.م), Tax ID: 21604662263262686, Al-Muqattam, Cairo, Egypt.
• "User" / "Homeowner" — Any individual who creates an account to use AI design services, browse the furniture marketplace, or engage with architects.
• "AI Services" — All AI-powered features including room visualisation, interior design generation, style recommendations, and 2D-to-3D rendering tools.
• "Credits" — The digital currency purchased by Users to access AI Services on the Platform.
• "Vendor" — Any furniture brand, supplier, or merchant registered on the Platform to list and sell products.
• "Architect" — Licensed design professionals registered on the Platform who offer consultancy or project management services.
• "Content" — Any data, images, designs, files, or materials uploaded, generated, or submitted by the User.

Art. 2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, using any AI Service, or purchasing Credits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under Egyptian Law No. 15 of 2004 on Electronic Signatures and the Egyptian Civil Code.

Art. 3Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it promptly upon any change.
• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
• Users may not create multiple accounts — duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice.
• Real Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account containing false information or used in breach of these Terms.

Art. 4AI Services & Credits

Free Trial

Upon first registration, Users receive a complimentary trial allowance of AI Services. Real Mart reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

Credits System

Following expiry of the free trial, access to AI Services requires the purchase of Credits denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a documented technical failure on Real Mart's part prevented service delivery.

• Credits hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
• Unused Credits do not expire unless the account is terminated for breach of these Terms, in which case all Credits are forfeited without compensation.

Art. 5Prohibited Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

1. Uploading content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
2. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying AI models of the Platform.
3. Using automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools without the Company's express written permission.
4. Impersonating any person, entity, or professional, including architects listed on the Platform.
5. Attempting to circumvent the Credits system or exploit technical vulnerabilities to obtain AI Services without payment.
6. Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing unauthorised access to your account.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Credits, and potential legal action under Egyptian law.

Art. 6Purchases & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Furniture purchases are direct transactions between the User and the Vendor. Real Mart acts solely as an intermediary marketplace and is not the seller of record for Vendor products.
• Refund and return requests for product purchases must be directed to the relevant Vendor in accordance with their stated policy.
• Credit purchases are processed through secure payment gateways. Real Mart does not store card data on its servers.

Art. 7Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks, and content developed by Real Mart are the exclusive intellectual property of Real Mart Technology LLC, protected under Egyptian intellectual property law.

AI-generated designs produced using the User's uploaded content are jointly owned between the User and Real Mart. Real Mart retains a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use anonymised outputs for platform improvement. Users may not commercially exploit AI-generated outputs beyond personal use without prior written consent.

Art. 8Architect Services

Architects listed on the Platform are independent professionals. Real Mart facilitates the connection but does not employ, supervise, or guarantee their services. Any engagement between a User and an Architect constitutes a separate service agreement to which Real Mart is not a party.

Art. 9Limitation of Liability

Real Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity.

Art. 10Termination

• Users may terminate their account at any time by submitting a written request to hi@realmartai.com. Upon termination, all unused Credits are forfeited and no refund is issued.
• Real Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, with or without notice, in the event of breach, suspected fraud, or conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.

Art. 11Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Cairo Governorate, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
